William is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Southeast Networks, a technology services firm focused on commercial broadband, unified communications, and enterprise networking solutions for organizations across the U.S. William started Southeast Networks as a teenager, turning a passion for technology and problem-solving into a business that has grown alongside its clients for more than a decade.
From the beginning, he built Southeast Networks around a simple idea: businesses should have a single, accountable partner for both IT and Internet—one team that designs, delivers, and supports the entire stack instead of forcing clients to juggle multiple vendors and finger-pointing.
William leads the company’s vision, strategy, and service development, ensuring Southeast Networks stays ahead of how organizations actually work today.
As CEO, William leads the company’s vision, strategy, and service development, ensuring Southeast Networks stays ahead of how organizations actually work today: multi-site, cloud-connected, and always-on. Under his leadership, the company has evolved from a specialized low-voltage and network integrator into a broader partner for managed IT support, enterprise network infrastructure, connectivity and carrier services, voice, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
William is known for combining technical depth with a practical, business-first mindset. He spends significant time with clients and partners, helping them simplify complex environments, modernize legacy networks, and build resilient foundations that reduce downtime and risk. His commitment to a carrier-neutral approach, transparent enterprise billing, and national, hands-on support has shaped Southeast Networks’ reputation as a trusted advisor rather than just another vendor.
Along the way, William also served as Principal Program Lead for Enterprise Protection Services at Chick-fil-A. In that role, he was responsible for both physical security and network technology across the enterprise, orchestrating nationwide rollouts and mass deployments to franchise locations, and driving new security technologies, innovation, and standardized network configurations.
Before scaling Southeast Networks, William also served as a volunteer police officer, an experience that sharpened his sense of responsibility, situational awareness, and calm under pressure. That public-safety background influences how he thinks about uptime, risk, and trust today: when systems and people matter, you don’t cut corners, and you show up when it counts.
Beyond day-to-day operations, William focuses on building a team culture centered on integrity, long-term relationships, and doing what’s right for the client—even when it’s more work. He is actively involved in the regional business and nonprofit community, reflecting his belief that strong networks—both technical and human—are at the heart of lasting success.
